Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Reconciliation Clerk to join our Logistics team on a contract basis. This role will support a critical business initiative following the recent S4 system implementation.

Due to increased invoice volume and system-related challenges, our team is working through a backlog of invoices that require review, reconciliation, and processing. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring invoice accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and helping the team stay current on payments.

Training will be provided on company systems and logistics processes. We are looking for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Review and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile invoice information against supporting documentation and system records.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions.
Identify missing or incorrect information and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist in reducing invoice backlogs and meeting processing deadlines.
Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders regarding invoice-related questions.
Process improvement.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in an administrative, billing, invoicing, data entry, customer service, accounting support, or related role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze information and identify discrepancies.
Experience working with Microsoft Excel and other business systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

Experience with invoice processing or reconciliation.
Experience working with SAP, S4, or other ERP systems.
Exposure to logistics, transportation, supply chain, or accounts payable processes.
Experience supporting high-volume transactional work.
